Hillel at the University of Tennessee is a recognized student organization that gives Jewish students the opportunity to interact and be a part of a Jewish community on campus. We host a wide range of Judaic events, including Shabbat dinners, holiday celebrations, and other social events. Additionally, Hillel at UTK serves to link students to Jewish life in Knoxville.
Young Jewish Adults of Knoxville (YJAK) is for post-college Jewish men and women in their 20s & 30s. YJAK works to make and strengthen Jewish connections and create opportunities for young Jews to become involved in the Jewish community and in Knoxville Jewish Alliance. Activities include direct service projects, social programs, leadership developments, educational programs and meaningful Israel experiences.
Friendshippers get together for lunch once a month to enjoy a variety of lively cultural, musical, and educational presentations.
The Fern and Manfred Steinfeld Program in Judaic Studies at the University of Tennessee presents lectures on timely topics throughout the year.
