Edith Pearlman has written a fascinating group of short stories in her book, Honeydew. To quote NPR book review: . . . We'll be concentrating on 8 stories,Tenderfoot, Castle 4, Stone, Blessed Harry, Puck, Assisted Living, Cul-de-sac, and Flowers.
